In a large bowl mashed the potatoes, add all the spices along with salt and pepper mix until combined. Keep a bit of water and the 3/4 cup of flour on the side then begin shaping the donut with the help of water in your hand that will prevent it from sticking then slightly drench into the flour.

Set the donut in a large tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes.

To make the batter in a medium size bowl, beat the eggs for a minute. Add the spices, flour, cornstarch, and milk stir until combined and no lumps.

Remove the donuts from the fridge, dip one at a time into the liquid batter then fold into the breadcrumbs. Set on a tray and back in the fridge to rest for 20 -30 minutes.

Preheat oil over medium high-heat, place the donut in the hot oil just a few at a time, fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
