Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and line a 13x10 inch cake pan with oil or butter and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl using a electric hand mixer, mix together butter and sugar for 2 minutes or until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and beat well.

In a separate bowl combine flour and baking powder. In addition add the flour mixture with the milk and beat just until combine. DO NOT OVER MIX.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a butterknife inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.

To make the buttercream frosting using an electric hand mixer beat together butter and icing sugar for 2-3 minutes or until creamy, add vanilla extract and beat for another half a minutes.

Slice the cake into half then spread the jam all over the cake and use a round 3 inch cookie cutter and start cutting from the edge you will get 10 round cake in total.

Fill the piping bang with the buttercream and frost each cake according to the video or your desire choice and serve immediately.
