Stir the yeast and the sugar into the warm milk and let rest for 10 minutes or until foamy. In a large mixing bowl, combine together flour and salt. Make a well in the center, then add the yeast mixture and knead the dough by hand until smooth and soft for 5 minutes. Cover with a cling wrap and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour or until double in size.

Divide the dough into ten equal pieces, then roll it into a mini bun. Fill each of them with samosa filling, then place on the baking tray, seam side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Bake the bun in a preheated oven at 425° F until golden brown for 45 minutes to an hour.
