Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined. Add the eggs whisk with a hand whisk for a few minutes.

In a separate bowl sift together flour and cocoa powder, gently fold into the wet ingredients until just combine do not over mix.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan use a spatula to flatten the top then sprinkle the chocolate chunks all over.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool to warm temperature about 30-45 minutes. Pull the two side of the parchment then slice the brownie serve immediately with a cup of tea or coffee and enjoy!
