In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water and agar agar stir for about 3-4 minutes until agar agar melt completely.

Add condensed milk, coconut milk, and thickened cream, stir and bring to a boil and the liquid becomes heavier as you are stirring it and this is how you know the jelly is ready.

Remove from heat and transfer to desert glass cups and let cool completely. Top the desserts with whipped cream or as you wish and serve immediately.
