Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat, sauté the grated garlic for half a minute. Add the sliced onions and cook until light brown colour 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground chicken, salt and pepper using a wooden spoon break down the chicken and cook until all the water dries and chicken has change colour about 10-12 minutes.

Add all the veggies, season with salt and pepper cook for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. Add soya sauce and white vinegar, stir and keep the heat over medium-high.

Adding some water can help keep the chicken moist and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions stir for 30 second then sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
