In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and stir to mix. Add the chicken pieces mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate over night or 4-6 hours.

Heat a gas grill over medium-high or simply use a charcoal grill. Thread the marinated chicken onto a metal skewers or if using wooden skewers, just soak them in water for at least 25-30 minutes before threading.

Place skewers on grill surface and cook, both side for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Serve over rice pilaf or pita bread with hummus or any sauce you like both ways these delicious
