Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions and cook for 1-2 minutes just until onions and garlic softened.

Add the frozen mixed vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, stir and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice, seasoning sauce, and soya sauce gently mix until incorporated.

Move the rice on the side of the pan, add the remaining oil in the centre, pour the eggs in the centre along with salt, and black pepper stir the eggs quickly to create scrambled. Gently mix everything together then add the cooked chicken and cooked shrimp mix and finally sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
