Using a pressure cooker, heat oil over medium-high heat, add the beef cubes, stir and cook until all the water dry from the beef.

Add salt and pepper, stir and continue cooking until beef gets a little brown color. Add the crushed or tomato paste along with a bit of salt, onion and green chilies, stir cover the pressure cooker and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure relieve.

Open the lid and turn the heat back on over medium-high, cook until the gravy becomes thicker and the meat becomes tender. Add chopped green onion, cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot with plain white rice.
